Introduction

Technology is a one semester course designed to introduce the student to the various uses and applications of technology.  The computer is the tool used to produce goods and services.  It is just the tool.  Students will learn about the different fields of technology and the many careers available to them in the area of technology.

Drafting and Design is a course designed to provide the skills necessary to continue on to the community college or four year university.  The course meets the "G" requirement for the University of California admission standards; meets the Technology Foundations requirement; and meet standards for earning community college credit through Cuyamaca College.  Drawings, projects, and activities make the class fun while educational.
