PDC 124For the four year college bound studentClass is full.

So far I have seen all students in classes and when they come up on breaks.  The college application process is in full swing.  The powerpoints I used for the classes and on parent night will be on the main page of "Guidance"  this week.  Please look at the calendar tab for more information than you probably will need.  It is getting exciting but overwhelming.  I will see kids on Tuesdays for College questions out side Monte's room on the 1st  and 3rd andf out side of Ciallella's, Macecca's and Waldron's on the 2nd and 4th.  I will have letter of recommendation packets, adult school forms, and community college forms with me if they need them.

I will start meeting with all students who are on-line for graduation (I have met with most of the others already) starting Wednesday to meet their Career Plan piece of their high school requirements.

Because I am spending all my time with students right now, the best way to reach me is by e-mail.  I get back to you much quicker because I do a lot of that at home.

Most colleges do not want transcripts until after they accept your student.  If they want one now, fill out the form and include an addressed stamped envelope.  If it says "counselor" on the form, bring it to me.  If it does not, take it to Mrs. Asaro (our new Site Support Technician (SST)) on the 4th floor. She is the one who will be sending out all the transcripts to the colleges when they ask for them.  There is a form to fill out that is outside of her door.
